This was such a fun assignment. I decided to make a montage of what consists of the term “workout”.
I added about 12 clips and edited them on instagram reels. I then added some fun effects like transitions, text, and music on “Canva”.
I feel like this short 30 second reel sums up what kinds of videos would come up if you just search the term “workout”. I hope you enjoy!
